Once a purchase is made, refund is only possible if there’s an issue from Team Dhaval Dholakia and cannot do the delivery.we would do the refund of the amount transferred, within 30 working days.

Return Policy:

We offer a 3-day return policy. However, customized styles are non-returnable.

Products which are on sale are non-returnable.

The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.

The product’s original tags, if attached, must be intact for a successful return. If the original tags are missing, We may decline the return request and send the product back to the customer.

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at dhavaldholakia.info@gmail.com or call us on +91 9724055193 within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

You can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share tracking details and we will check with the courier for the same.

Exchange is possible if:

Products delivered are damaged or opened.

Company delivers the wrong products by mistake.

Within 7 working days the damaged product will be reviewed and delivered back to the customer after receiving the product at the concerned department.

Cancellation policy:

For all products, we offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. These are made-to-order products; hence the order cannot be canceled post 24 hours of order placement.

Up to 5% of the item’s value can be deducted when refunding orders that are canceled beyond 24 hours after placing the order, depending on the specific case.

Cancellation by customer after dispatch will not be acceptable.

Refund will not be given if:

The shipping address provided by you is incorrect.

You have used the product partially and then want to return and/or want a refund.

The product has already been dispatched and is in transit.

If you do not comply with our return policy.

If a customer paid twice for one transaction, one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 20 working days.
